Tom Yam Seafood Laksa
For Soup: 1 stalk lemongrass • 8 slices galangal • 6 pieces kaffir lime leaves • 2 chilli padi • 1000ml chicken stock
Ingredients: • 4 tbsp Thai chilli paste / nam prik phao • 150g EKA LAKSA BERAS THAI, soaked till soft and cooked • 8 medium size prawns • 200g fish fillet • 100g fresh oyster mushroom
Seasoning: • 3 tbsp fish sauce • ½ cup lime juice • 2 tsp sugar • 1 tsp salt
